It’s a Wing Ting – Crispy coated, Red Stripe poached Pterodactyl (Chicken) wings covered in our very special WMCJ sauce of chilli, herbs, spices and honey.
Jerk Halloumi (V) – Chunky slices of everyone’s favourite meaty cheese marinated in our signature WMCJ jerk blend and served with a little of our Vibes sauce on the side.
Salt Fish Fritters – Crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle, these spicy Salt Fish Fritters are packed with the finest Salt Cod, peppers, fresh herbs, garlic and scotch bonnets. Served with a Citrus Mayo.
Veggie Fritters (V) – Crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle and packed full of fresh vegetables including a variety of beans, sweet potato, spinach and peppers. Served with a little Jerk Mayo
The Kernel (V) – Juicy sweet corn on the cob fresh from the grill with jerk butter, a little sour cream and smoked paprika.
WMCJ Signature Jerk Chicken – Come test the hype with our tasty Jerk Chicken grilled on our own custom BBQ, Tallulah. Prime quality chicken marinated in our fine blend of Jerk paste containing a secret set of ingredients that’s guaranteed to put sunshine in your belly. Served with Vibes sauce, rice & peas, pineapple & mango salsa and Coleman’s® Coleslaw.
Pepperpot Steak & Ale Winter Warmer –Nothing keeps you warmer inside on a Winters’ night than a good stew, especially this one packing a punch of Scotch Bonnet. Tender chunks of steak in a rich ale sauce with onions, garlic, chilli, root vegetables, beans and pearl barley. This one pot meal comes served with a nice bread roll for dunking.
Curried Mutton Shepherd’s Pie – Fusing our love of pie with our love of West Indian food we bring you this corking dish. Tender cooked meat, onions, root vegetables & spice with a crispy sweet potato and potato top. Served with all the trimmings and minted Garden Peas.
Tobago Casserole (V) –Herbivores get your lips around our Tobago Casserole, a coconut based curry with Sweet Potato, Squash, four types of beans, Peppers, Spinach and little Chilli. Served with Vibes sauce, rice & peas, pineapple & mango salsa and Coleman’s® Coleslaw
Jerk Chicken Burger -A sweet fluffy brioche bun stuffed with loads of our shredded Signature WMCJ Jerk Chicken slathered in our Vibes sauce with a little bit of fresh salad. Served with a little Pineapple & Mango Salsa and a big dollop of Coleman’s® Coleslaw on the side.
Jerk Pulled Pork Burger – This brioche comes rammed with tonnes of our juicy succulent Pulled Pork, marinated for 24hrs then slow roasted for 12hrs. Add in a little of our Vibes, a splash of homemade Piccalilli, salad leaves and boom! Served with a little Pineapple & Mango Salsa and a big dollop of Coleman’s® Coleslaw on the side.
Jerk Lamb Wrap – The Prince of Meats a 12hr Slow Roasted WMCJ Jerk Lamb shredded and serve in a toasted flatbread with mint yogurt and salad. It comes with a little Pineapple & Mango Salsa and a big dollop of Coleman’s® Coleslaw on the side.
Jerk Bean Burger (V)– plant eaters get your lips around our new veggie brioche bun. A bean burger flavoured with our signature Jerk marinade and made with four types beans, sweet potato, peppers, onions and spinach. All wrapped in crunchy panko coating, accompanied with salad leaves and a spicy jerk mayo. Served with a little Pineapple & Mango Salsa and a big dollop of Coleman’s® Coleslaw on the side.
